    Mattro Energy-Packs are more than just exchangeable batteries: they are components of a highly flexible modular system that we can adapt perfectly to vehicles and machines. Each Energy-Pack consists of battery modules with two different voltages, which we connect in series and parallel to form clusters in a robust and practical case. We can customise the voltage and capacity of these clusters.

    SMALL BIS XX-LARGE

    Our energy packs are technically fully developed, economical, thoroughly tested, easy to use and quickly usable. An exchangeable battery is powerful enough to operate our ROVO 2. Four to six batteries in the combined module system are sufficient to power higher-wattage vehicles. For larger models such as the Kässbohrer Pistenbully or the Liebherr telescopic loader, we develop special solutions with more extensive battery combinations. On request, we develop and manufacture batteries specially designed for the parameters of your electric vehicles and machines.

    FOR SERIAL VEHICLES AND PROTOTYPES

    The Mattro Energy Packs are the energetic heart of all Mattro Vehicles and all special vehicles and machines that we electrify in Mattro Engineering. They are designed for continuous operation and a long life cycle, but are also ideal for prototype development. We can quickly adapt our modular system to the size, motorisation and desired performance of your project with little effort.

    Whether you decide on series production or not: with the Energy-Pack, you have solved the question of energy supply simply and immediately. This frees you up for the actual development work.

    FINISHING FROM LOT SIZE 1

    Our battery manufacture is thoroughly geared towards flexible production. We build our energy packs either in smaller series or only in batch sizes of 1. For this purpose, we only use components from renowned quality manufacturers such as Sony, Panasonic or LG. The circuit board for the battery management system is built especially for us and according to our specifications. This way, we can vouch for top quality.
