As an Aftersales Specialist, you ensure that our battery systems and electric robot platforms perform reliably in the field. Acting as a central link between customers, service, and internal teams, you handle remote support, service coordination, diagnostics, repairs, and on-site assignments—keeping systems running and customers confident.

Deine Qualifikationen
-
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar

Kundendiensterfahrung

Zusatzqualifikation „Fachkundig für Arbeiten an HV-Systemen“ oder Bereitschaft zur Schulung auf

HV-Systeme

Erfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Batterien oder vergleichbaren HV-Systemen ist von
