Marketing & Content Coordinator
At Mattro, we develop high-performance electric drive and energy systems for advanced off-highway and robotic applications.
In this role you will support the planning, creation, and implementation of all marketing activities. You will ensure that solutions and product successes are turned into compelling stories and help to represent the Mattro brand professionally and consistently to the outside world.

Your tasks

Coordinating and implementing marketing projects
You will ensure that marketing initiatives are planned in a structured manner, coordinated, and successfully implemented. -
Storytelling & Content Management
You will highlight what makes Mattro unique and help ensure that relevant stories and content become part of our communication. -
Organizing events and trade fair appearances
You will help ensure that Mattro is perceived as a professional organization by customers, partners and at events.

Creating and maintaining marketing materials
You will ensure that our sales and marketing materials are up to date, professional and consistent. -
Contribute to our brand presence
You will contribute ideas and help further develop Mattro’s professional and credible public image.
Your qualifications

Education or initial professional experience in marketing, communications, media, event management, organization, content creation, or a similar field

An interest in communication, storytelling, and the clear presentation of technical content, as well as experience with social media (particularly LinkedIn), would be an advantage

An independent, organized, and reliable approach to work; experience in the trade fair or events sector would be an advantage

Organizational skills, the ability to take the initiative and a passion for coordinating a variety of topics; experience with graphic design or layout tools would be an advantage

An excellent command of German and English, as well as confidence in using Microsoft 365
