Your responsibilities

Ensuring the Supply of Materials
You will ensure that our production and projects are supplied with the necessary materials at all times. To do this, you will plan and procure items in close coordination with production planning, production, and sales. -
Managing Procurement Processes
You’ll process orders independently in the ERP system, keep track of delivery dates, and ensure a smooth flow of information.

Act Proactively
You identify potential bottlenecks early on, actively track deadlines, and work with internal and external partners to find solutions. -
Ensuring Quality and Cost Control
You carefully review incoming invoices, assist with analyses, and ensure a reliable database. -
Developing Supplier Relationships
You will manage our supplier network, keep master data up to date, and contribute to a long-term, partnership-based collaboration.
Your Qualifications

Solid Education and Training
You have completed a business or technical apprenticeship and have a good understanding of business operations. -
Purchasing Experience
You have several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally at a manufacturing company. -
Digital Proficiency
You enjoy working with ERP systems and digital processes and are committed to continuously improving workflows.

IT Skills
You are proficient in using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Teams. Experience with Business Central is a plus. -
Personality
You work in an organized and independent manner, communicate clearly, and maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent English and German language skills round out your profile.
